Quality expert for more than six years and shareholder of the company, Guillaume was Office Manager in India and Bangladesh, before being named Chief Operations Officer, then Chief Financial Officer. This expertise is coupled with a strong knowledge of the trade, based on hundreds of factory inspections.
Today, Guillaume co-directs AQM, alongside Benoit & Thomas. Regularly on-site close to his teams, Guillaume has a perfect knowledge of the specificities of each country.
After beginning his career as Key Accounts Manager at the heart of a well-known international group, Benoit has joined the direction of AQM in 2011. At the head of the company, alongside Guillaume & Thomas, Benoit has injected a new impetus into the company by setting up new customer services, such as the textile laboratory or even AQM Online.

A graduate of the ENSAIT (Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Industries Textile), Thomas has spent two years working for a French brand of well-known children’s’ clothing as Quality Controller, before joining the AQM Group in 2007.
Thomas is a shareholder in the company who was posted in Turkey, then in Bangladesh as office director. Today, Thomas is in charge of the direction of operations, processes and training. He is the guarantor, on-site, that your specifications will be respected.
Véronique is in charge of supervising the social and technical audits for all the AQM offices, having gained her experience from the famous brands Camaieu and pimkie. Véronique is an engineer specialize in textiles from ENSAIT. She is able to master both production techniques and varying international standards (SA8000, ICS, BSCI).
Mickaël is graduated from Marne-la-Vallee, a renowned university located in Paris. He has also obtained a 2 years master's degree in working management & sustainable development. Apart from working in paris as a business developer, Mickaël had expand his knowledge as a quality supervisor in Switzerland.
